This guide focuses on obtaining raw materials and automating resource gathering in Modern Industrialization. The mod aims for total automation, allowing machines to generate and process resources. A key machine for early resource acquisition is the Quarry.
Quarry Operations
The Quarry machine is central to automating the collection of various raw materials. It processes items using drills to yield different resources. The Quarry has 7 distinct recipes.
Examples of Quarry recipes include:

Steel Drill can produce 
Antimony Ore. This process consumes 12 EU/t and takes 600 ticks. - Using a
Copper Drill, the Quarry can yield 32 units of Cobblestone. This operation requires 4 EU/t and 600 ticks. - An Iron Ore can be obtained with a
Bronze Drill. This recipe uses 4 EU/t and 600 ticks. - A
Gold Drill will produce 32 units of Netherrack. This consumes 8 EU/t and takes 600 ticks. - To acquire
Titanium Ore, a 
Stainless Steel Drill is needed. This recipe uses 32 EU/t and 600 ticks. - For
Uranium Ore, a 
Titanium Drill is required. This process consumes 128 EU/t and takes 600 ticks. - A digital_miner can produce osmium_ore. This operation requires 128 EU/t and 600 ticks.
Oil Drilling Rig
For liquid resources, the Oil Drilling Rig is used. This machine has 3 recipes.
Examples of Oil Drilling Rig recipes are:

Aluminum Drill can produce 500 units of Crude Oil. This process consumes 8 EU/t and takes 200 ticks. - A Stainless Steel Drill can yield 4000 units of Shale Oil. This operation requires 32 EU/t and 200 ticks.

Coke Oven
The Coke Oven is a processing unit with 2 recipes.
