Sophisticated Storage introduces various storage blocks and their upgrades. These include Barrels, Chests, and Shulker Boxes, which are available in multiple material tiers.

Basic Storage Blocks

Generic Wood Storage

The Generic Wood Storage block serves as the foundation for many sophisticated storage solutions. It has six different crafting recipes, allowing for the creation of various initial storage types.

For example, combining a Lever with Oak Planks and an Oak Slab can produce a Barrel. If you use a Lever with just Oak Planks, you can craft a Chest.

The Generic Wood Storage can also be crafted into specialized Limited Barrels for high-capacity item storage. Recipes include:

• Lever + Oak Planks + Oak Slab creates a Limited Barrel I.
• Lever + Oak Planks + Oak Slab creates a Limited Barrel II.
• Lever + Oak Planks + Oak Slab creates a Limited Barrel III.
• Lever + Oak Planks + Oak Slab creates a Limited Barrel IV.

Upgrading Storage Blocks

Sophisticated Storage offers several ways to upgrade your basic storage blocks to higher tiers, increasing their capacity and functionality.

Basic Tier Upgrade

The Basic Tier Upgrade is used to convert vanilla inventory blocks into their sophisticated storage versions.

Storage Tier Upgrade

The Storage Tier Upgrade allows you to advance your sophisticated storage blocks through different material tiers. This upgrade has 35 recipes, covering barrels, chests, and shulker boxes.

Examples of upgrading include:

• A Copper Ingot combined with a Barrel creates a Copper Barrel.
• A Copper Ingot combined with a Chest creates a Copper Chest.
• An Iron Ingot combined with a Barrel creates an Iron Barrel.
• An Iron Ingot combined with a Copper Barrel also creates an Iron Barrel.
• An Iron Ingot combined with a Chest creates an Iron Chest.
• An Iron Ingot combined with a Copper Chest also creates an Iron Chest.
• A Gold Ingot combined with an Iron Barrel creates a Gold Barrel.
• A Gold Ingot combined with an Iron Chest creates a Gold Chest.
• A Diamond combined with a Gold Barrel creates a Diamond Barrel.
• A Diamond combined with a Gold Chest creates a Diamond Chest.

This upgrade also applies to Shulker Boxes:

• A Copper Ingot combined with a Shulker Box creates a Copper Shulker Box.

This upgrade method has 7 recipes and is used to craft Netherite tier storage blocks.

• A Diamond Chest combined with a Netherite Ingot creates a Netherite Chest.
• A Diamond Shulker Box combined with a Netherite Ingot creates a Netherite Shulker Box.
• A Limited Diamond Barrel I combined with a Netherite Ingot creates a Limited Netherite Barrel I.
• A Limited Diamond Barrel II combined with a Netherite Ingot creates a Limited Netherite Barrel II.

Double Chest Tier Upgrade

Double Chest Tier Upgrade (Shapeless)

This shapeless upgrade has 1 recipe for crafting a Netherite Chest.
