Impact Fuze
Detonates when the projectile hits something. Due to its simplicity, it does not always detonate on impact, and does not detonate on bounces and grazes. This must be mounted on the front of a shell; it will not work as a base fuze.
Timed Fuze
Detonates after a set time from launch.
Proximity Fuze
Detonates when it gets close to a block. This must be mounted on the front of a shell; it will not work as a base fuze.
Delayed Impact Fuze
Detonates a short time after hitting something. Due to its simple trigger mechanism, it does not always trigger the timer. This must be mounted on the front of a shell; it will not work as a base fuze.
Wired Fuze
Detonates when the fuzed shell block is powered by redstone. Can be used for improvised explosives. Does not explode in flight.
Inertia Fuze
Detonates when the projectile hits something. This fuze is more sophisticated than the Impact Fuze, and detonates more reliably, particularly on bounces and ricochets. It will also work as a base fuze.
Delayed Inertia Fuze
Detonates a short time after hitting something. This fuze is more sophisticated than the Delayed Impact Fuze and detonates more reliably. It will also work as a base fuze.
